"I came to know about Skills For Work, by Common Wealth of Learning (COL), programme after the quarantine period, for which I was eagerly awaiting since I got the news from a friend. I got selected by Udemy and found a countless amount of courses varying from beginner to advanced levels that were relevant to my present job. Udemy also allowed me to explore, through guidance of our helpdesk, beyond my present field of study; such fields that brought much interest to my attention. The fact is that Udemy is open to everyone; it doesn't matter if you don't have any prior experience or high qualifications to apply to COL, but when such an opportunity gets to you, it becomes worth to seize as much knowledge as you can as for today or for the world of tomorrow, as Mahatma Gandhi said "Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever."

"I first heard of the skills for work program from my colleagues at work, where you can learn at your own pace and at any convenient time! I enrolled on the Coursera Platform as it would be a great opportunity for me to acquire new sets of skills. I completed a specialisation in Regulatory Compliance. I opted for this specialisation course due to the fact that nowadays Corruption is basically everywhere and in every organisation and people must be made aware of its implications, penalties where applicable and in some cases imprisonment. The courses were lectured by professionals from recognized prestigious universities through a series of resourceful videos and notes and I believe that the knowledge that I received, will definitely have a positive impact on my career and future life.
